Now, I don't know if Wintab was there originally, cause I actually deleted it after it didn't work the first time, but after downloading Photoshop didn't work, I opened up the SAI files, and on the bottom right was Wintab 64 bit.
I must thanks Twitter follower Dave Barrack (grrlpowercomic) who explained that pressure sensitivity in SAI is set on a per brush basis under Advanced Settings, Hard <-> Soft.Q:can you install paint tool sai on here. It doesn't really surprise me that pen pressure in Systemax's Paint Tool SAI v1.1 doesn't work. I did both, at different times, and neither worked. Microsoft Surface 1631 Pro 3 Silver - 128GB, 12, Windows 10, Intel Core i3. This explains just how to change Paint Tool SAI menu shortcuts by regular means.
I also found something that said to download the wintab driver and copy it to SAI's program files.
I found a youtube video where the person said to download photoshop CC thru Creative Cloud CC and copy some files. Ive tried other drawing apps and they work just fine, its just CSP. So if you have a surface book, or surface pro 4 you'll notice you'll open SAI and the pen pressure doesn't work! Whippee!! What did I just pay all this money for? After searching for a solution, I, thank the Lord God Jesus Christ, finally got something to work. Cursor changes to palm/hand tool when trying to draw on Surface pro 4.
